I've had several smok products over the years but I've noticed a distinct decline in quality over the last 2 years. My vapes are barely lasting a cpl of months now and forget trying to do a warranty claim or return to Amazon. I think its time to try a different brand

This is the third one of these I have had. I find it good value for the amount of time it lasts. I have found with both of my previous models that they last about 6 months, on each of them the charging point fails after this time, you can charge the batteries in a separate charger and replace as and when they go flat but frequent usage of the battery flap causes this to fail rendering the product useless. On the plus side, it only costs what a couple of packets of cigarettes would cost so I have to say that it is value for money compared to smoking.
