Works okay, but the gimmicks kind of ruin it. The whole thing of it having turn on/off automagically when it detects it a hand, yeah that doesn't work great plus I'd gotten used to locking/unlocking with the button anyway so I turned it off, however this method is also made harder to use than it needs to be. Upon unlocking from the button it insists on playing a long drawn out animation before it can actually be used, I can't turn this off and so I just have to wait!

This features an smart locking technology which Geekvape believe is wonderful, however as a customer owner and user of this mod It is not wonderful in fact its frustratingly annoying. I wasn't going to look through the tiny printed manual only to get eye strain and a mega headache so I looked up the issue online. There are sensors under the leather areas which you have to hold your mod in a certain way in order for your mod to recognise you are trying to vape. IF you do not have your hands in that position then it will look up on you and your will be forever scratching your head. This is a feature which seriously I could do without and it would make the mod so much better. I brought this as I have older versions of this model for the simple reason that I can be clumsy and therefore need something durable as its going to take a hit and bounce off the floor several hundred times during its life time. I brought this purely because it is a rugged mod. So yeah if your having similar issues the sensors are under the padded area you just need to hold it a certain way to make sure you are contacting the sensors through the leather/rubber padding.
