Hi, this will be an honest review. The device is at the perfect price point anything less than this ££ value your wasting your money. there's no such thing as a good cheap vape in my opinion, I've spent 6x this amount on a desktop vape and I can honestly say this holds up in performance, any reviews with negatives in my opinion is user errors or first time vapers making the transition not knowing how to use....I'll go over a few of the main problems people mention: 1- herb coming through mouthpiece (your grinding your material to fine) 2- bad vapour production (your material is to wet/you've over packed the bowl) 3- mouthpiece doesn't fit or wobbles (you haven't lined up the mouthpiece with the connectors align front to back and click) Back to review the device offers great flavoursome vapour production for the first couple of hits. you will then be met with the vaped herb taste this is just the normal I haven't come across a vape that can maintain the same taste from the first hit even at higher price margins. In summary the device is simple,effective and at a good price point and for an extra £4 you get 2yr accidental damage this is the first device I've had come with this option get it trust me!

This is a really great vape, it’s easy to use, easy to clean and works amazingly well. The three heat settings are handy and you can get a really good amount of vapour from a toke. On initial opening I thought the bowl was a bit small but in use it’s more than sufficient. I had a cheaper dry herb vape with a bigger bowl and couldn’t get half as much vapour as you can from this. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a clean tasty smoke.

Ive come back to leave a more upto date review.... 18/8/21...still work sound.....Really well built... Customer Service was swift and very helpful..dealt with my issues quick and professionally. Came with a voucher for 2 more mouthpieces.. Which I sent the email and received straight away.. So i will I will leave a totally unbiased opinion as promised... Firstly if you enjoy the time and effort rolling or filling your smokes or other gadgets . Then this isn't for you.... As it's a fast and easy method.. Load... Heat.. Smoke.... Don't be thinking it's a vape pen...as there's hardly any smoke/vapour omitted.. It is more of a combustion chamber... It heats up to temp... It vibrates when at temp and switches itself off after around 3 mins.. Or swith Off yourself.. The tastes is odd... First drag is herby... Then after quite an odd but not a nasty taste... Just unusual to the norm... The top mouthpiece /lid is easy to missalign... Which will pribs be an issue in time to come.. Hense probably why the extra freebies.. Which imo... Should just be included in the first box.. As it will help with reviews... When using there's hardly any smell.. And isn't the usual "herb" smell.. More Of a wheaty/straw smell tbh... It's not an instant hit... Takes a while to take effect.. However it does work... Sooooo easy to empty and clean.. Suits the purpose... But 100% aimed at the unhealthy/disabled people use.. Ideal for people suffering bad health... Defo not for people who use for recreational use of you like the whole building of your smokes... This does what it says on the tin.. Bought as a gift so will add more info at a later date.. User is going to see if the leftover herbs can be reused in a cigarette form.. I've had this herb vape for a few weeks now. I am a light user (1-3 uses per session) and need to recharge after a few sessions. So, even for heavy users, this vape should last a whole single heavy session before needing recharged. The burn is nice and clean, for now, at least. I have bought some rubbing alcohol to clean it with but even after several weeks and not having yet cleaned it, it still burns nice. The piece has a quality feel, the mouthpiece is nice. The outer surface gets warm but not hot when used and cools quickly so feels safe to put away straight after. And the heating settings are really good; even lowest temp burns my herbs nicely.

I bought this vape to make the switch from combustion.this vape is so bad I’m now scared to spend even more money on another one to have to same result. I have tried every way to make it better, packing it less, lower settings, very dry product, slightly moist product. And the result is the same every time. Almost no vapour at all, not smooth at all taste horrible after the first/second hit and leaves that horrible vaped bud Taste in the vape after your first use how they are charging £50 for this is CRAZY.

It does the job. The design and feel is great. The actual quality? Well, be prepared for it to taste like plastic for your first few uses. Don't break up your herb too finely or it will come through the mouthpiece. And the battery. The battery life is horrendous. You won't even know you need to charge it until you go to use it and it suddenly stops after one inhale, or doesn't come on at all, then it takes close to 3 hours to charge. Thing lasts about 10% of the time that my phone does but takes about twice as long to charge. Pathetic. Lasting 10-12 sessions is a blatant lie. Even if the battery did last half as long as that, your stuff inside won't be lasting that long. Then you're constantly turning it on after it turns itself off after 3 minutes. Like I said it does the job, it's serviceable.

It works good. I found the lowest heat setting best for flavour and smoothness. No complaints. Good product. Good price. Good customer service from the company too!
