Smok RPM 5 Pro: My initial first impressions are very good. I was using the OBS Cube-X previously (which was ok but had many issues), and in comparrison to that, this Smok device is incredibly light. The tank also seems much bigger, which is a bonus. The device itself is very good looking and easy to use (most vapes have the same buttons and display information - this is no different). It did not come with a battery (which I expected) so you will need to buy an 18650 battery separately (I use Efest ones and they work well). I like how this has NOT got a built-in battery because when they inevitably fail, the vape becomes useless. So it's much better to have a removable battery. I have 2 batteries and a USB charger, so I can easily switch them over when needed without having any down time. I was a bit worried about leaks as per some other reviews, but so far I've not encountered any. I use Cirro menthol eliquid, which isn't as 'sticky' as other juices, so that might be why. The way it fills is also interesting - you slide the mouthpiece over to reveal a little rubber seal - initially I thought this was a rubber bung and so I tried to remove it, but it turns out you actually just stick the nozzle of the bottle through it and top the tank up. So it does seem that this could be prone to leaks as it's not really properly sealed and will probably degrade over time, but I've not had any issues so far. I also read some other reviews saying they couldn't tell how much liquid is in the tank - I'm not really sure what they mean because I can see the level clear as day. Overall, I think this is a very good vape for the money. It looks brilliant and does the intended job well. You also get 2 coils with it (one is already in the vape and the other comes loose - with no foiling wrapping though, which would have been nice). If I encounter any problems with this device, I will be sure to update this review. The only issue I found so far was it was a bit of a struggle to close the battery door after putting the battery in - it didn't want to close until I put a bit more force on it than I was expecting would be required, but it did close eventually - hopefully this will ease up over time.

It feels cheap to hold, the mouthpiece feels... disturbing, buttons don't sit properly, flavour tastes weird (might be from the rubber) Biggest complaint I have is they are truly trying to follow trpr, and have made it near impossible to remove the rubber that brings the tank down to 2ml, THIS ISNT THERE ONLY OPTION, plenty of other companies make the rubber easily removable, and they aren't breaking the rules, just using a loophole. I know it's not a pod but I recommend my daily driver over this, it's a bit more expensive (I got mine for £35) and its the voopoo gt 2, with that you don't get the leaking (that I've heard about but haven't experienced yet) you get good build quality, excellent maat tank, removable rubber taking it up to 5ml (6.5ml if you upgrade to bubble glass) and better battery life. (Also other features like ip ratings etc.) Other good pods I know of is the nord range, but they do still feel a bit cheap

This vape is incredibly easy to use, it’s extremely effective and overall a perfect choice for those who want to quit smoking. The vape has easy controls, all of which are stated in the manual. The refill process is effortless, with one simple slide on the top cap, to which you seamlessly inject the fluid into. The cleaning process is also very simple; simply remove the magnetic tank (yes, magnetic), pull the red lever and pull to remove the coil for cleaning! A rinse and dry using regular tap water will remove any burned tastes or yucky residue. A spare coil is also supplied in the box upon purchasing. Make sure that you have an egg cup or some other collecting utensil for e-liquid spillage as (depending on how much is in the tank) it can be susceptible to doing so. There are only 2 downsides to this vape: 1. The batteries, sold separately. Type the battery type into your Amazon search bar and you will find a great deal of batteries. All of which are rechargeable. For this vape, it is absolutely 100% worth the investment 2. The tank does SLIGHTLY leak below into the electronic and magnetic connectors. However this isn’t as big of an issue as it sounds, as it’s easily cleanable and doesn’t effect the function whatsoever. I chose the black leather variant and not only does it serve its purpose, but it looks and feels great! For those wanting a way out of smoking cigarettes for something less toxic, cheaper and better tasting, this is absolutely the way to go in terms of weening yourself off and quitting indefinitely. 10/10 - Very happy (as is the person(s) I've recommended this product too also)

Great concept. Great little vape. Tank let's it down. Leaks a lot and can't see how much juice is in the tank due to it being black, what was smok thinking, the actual unit is fantastic but seriously let down by the pod design

Came with 2 coils, charger cable, the mod and a 6.5ml empty tank/pod, none of the rubber crap in the pod so it fits the full 6.5ml of liquid in. Nice vape, mouth piece isn’t too big nor small, not a massive bulky vape so perfect size, colour change display, easy to use and not too technical, wattage locks too. Air flow has a slide control on.
