I recently purchased the XROS Pro vape device and encountered a serious issue. Both pods that were provided with the kit burned out after just a few single puffs. I ensured proper priming and use according to instructions, so I am unsure whether the fault lies with the pods or the device itself. This has left me unable to use the product at all, which is both disappointing and frustrating given the positive reputation Vaporesso holds. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and offer a suitable resolution
