I purchased this vape mod due to wanting to use my 21700 batteries and wanted something that would take dual 21700. It's quite a large device with a little weight to it plus it's well built which in my opinion is a good thing due to me dropping stuff. Had to buy a tank for it which I was quite happy to do so as I could choose what I actually wanted. Fitting is a 510 connection so plenty of tanks out there to choose from. If like me you live in UK your only choice is 2ml tanks but you can buy bigger glass tubes quite easily if needed. Buttons are big and robust. The screen is big enough and easy to read with the screen being nice and bright enough even in bright sun light. Easy to set up using the buttons but for me it was good enough to use straight out of the box. This mod has a premium feel to it despite the mod being at such a low price. I recommend this mod especially if you are looking for something that is so robust and very different to what you might get from your local vape shop.

Can vape as its charging via charger cable (you will need a usb extension cable if you dont have a long one) and when it charges, if a battery is full, it continue to charges the other battery, magnificent. No need to keep pulling the batteries out and charging them.

Previously had been using the voopoo x217 which were OK but not very drop proof, one also seemed to have leaked onto the board. So I started to look at other dual 21700 mods, which there are not many around. After a bit of research I found the gaur-21 and I've not once looked back, what a mod! I'm currently on 69128 'puffs' so it lasts and is showing no signs of giving up. It's had numerous drops from pocket height, eliquid leaking from when I've made a bad wick, and absolutely nothing has happened. The board itself is waterproof, so that's safe. Inserting and getting batteries out of these style mods can be problematic, but with this design they are easy to access and pull out, no need to bash the mod to dislodge a battery. It does come with an app and can connect to your mobile for software updates, but honestly that's an unnecessary gimmick. The app can 'find my mod' when it's lost as long as the mod is still in Bluetooth range. At the time of writing the app isn't working for me, but my phone is a p20 pro and getting on a bit, so it could be a compatibility issue. In terms of settings, I use a kylin m mesh tank, in ss mode,I can't fault it. It's probably not the best at temperature control, but it's not the worst, I press the button and it fires up and doesn't burn my throat, so it's good for me. You can customise pretty much all of the settings and the resistance etc. One downfall I've found, which I hoped they would update the software for is that I'm unable to lock the resistance (quite important for temperature control for ss coils - the resistance changes a lot when in use).

I got this as my first 21700 battery capable device. Let`s get into this - Pros - Lightweight. "C" charging port instead of micro USB. Fast charging. Immense battery life, I am getting 4 days out of it at 40 Watts. Widened 510 deck area for larger tanks. Solid battery door. Nice texture to touch. Easy to use with clean menu display with large lettering. Cons - Buttons feel cheap and a tad wobbly which is a real shame. Large size - an issue foir smaller hands. Not very ergonomic, a couple of depressions for grip would have been a good idea because its a large device, I do feel I am going to drop this mod from time to time, something I never do with my smaller mods and I have large hands. Important - ensure you purchase a quality set of 21700 batteries, choose carefully they are quite rare and double the individual cost of the standard, smaller18650 type most use in vaping mods. Luckily, this mod comes with adaptor tubes so you can use 18650s if required. there are some 21700s that have had poor reviews on here in terms of charge performance. I bought the Molicel lithium polymer 21700s on Amazon and they have performed perfectly so far. Overall I am happy with my purchase. See pics with a 25 mm tank.

If you use two 21700’s you can vape at 100w all day, it is large but what do you expect from a twin 21700. Great mod in my opinion, had it around three months and it’s took a few knocks and bangs and works brilliant

I’m now on my second mod because I lost the first after 18 months. I love the fact this handles the larger batteries and so on a full charge this will last all day even for heavy vapers. Strong unit which has taken some serious punishment. Expensive but worth every penny

Lovely and simple, the magnetic casing for the batteries is a lot stronger than i expected which is a huge bonus, quick fire time and feels good in the hand
