Delivered 25/6, stopped working 16/8, contacted them, the words “chocolate fireguard” come to mind. I will be giving this company a very wide berth, suggest you do the same, after sales service is dire. Apparently theirs a code on the back of the box, if you don’t know it, they refuse to believe you’ve bought the product, despite a screenshot of the purchase via Amazon. Given the number of venders out there, why take such a risk on this company. On a positive note, the product was recycled within 2 months of purchase, we try to help the environment where we can.

This is the second EZ Watt vape I've owned, the first one lasted 3 years before the battery diminished, as it would eventually do. This vape ticks all the boxes, it's small but the battery lasts all day. It has a smooth draw with customisable power, and the coil lasts for weeks. It's easy to fill, but has never leaked. Best of all it's never malfunctioned or spontaneously gotten super hot like 2 other vapes I've owned (looking at you Smok).
